Upgrades:

When you change your billing frequency from monthly to annual or increase your plan limits, the change will take effect immediately. You will receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your old billing cycle which will partially offset the cost of the new billing cycle.

You will be able to preview the prorated credit and net amount due before confirming the plan change.

Cancellations:

When you cancel your plan, it remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Downgrades:

To downgrade your plan limits, or to change your billing frequency from annual to monthly, please open a support ticket. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
